Tina Chan-Kim - Vice-President

A member in good standing with the Project Management Institute, Tina has over 20 years of healthcare experience and has achieved the designation of Project Management Professional (PMP).

Prior to joining GRA, Tina worked as an Applications Consultant at a 200-bed MEDITECH hospital in Etobicoke, Ontario. During her time there, she implemented their hospital-wide email system, as well as project managed the implementation of the MSM medSURG operating room software. In addition, Tina supported a wide range of both clinical and administrative MEDITECH modules. An excellent communicator, Tina is organized, efficient and enjoys working with both large and small teams. She enjoys conducting operational reviews and implementing recommendations in association with information systems.

Since joining GRA, Tina has project managed or implemented numerous special projects including:

  • MEDITECH’s first ITS module at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie and its partner hospitals
  • an operational review of the Human Resources department at Halton Healthcare Services
  • the pharmacy implementation at the Royal Victoria Hospital and its partner hospital organizations
  • implementing GL, AP, B/AR and Data Repository at Bloorview Kids Rehab
  • project managing the implementation of OE and EMR at Halton Healthcare Services
  • conducting a review of Brant Community Healthcare System’s utilization of the PICIS OR Manager module
  • consulting with both William Osler and Halton Healthcare on the transfer of the Georgetown facility with emphasis on the Surgical Services program
  • the implementation of PICIS OR Manager at all three sites of Halton Healthcare Services
